Free Shipping Across the EU

DAHTEC offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the European Union. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges at checkout.

Processing Time

• Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 14:00 CET or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Carrier

We primarily ship with DHL and Hermes. Large or heavy items may be shipped via freight carriers. All shipments include tracking.

Warehouse Location

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Heusenstamm, Germany (near Frankfurt).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.
