Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
• Products must show no signs of improper use, modification, or damage caused by the customer.
• The original invoice or order number must be included with the return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team via our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a return shipping label via email within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if available) or suitable alternative packaging.
4. Attach the return label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• The refund amount includes the full product price.
• Return shipping costs are covered by DAHTEC for defective products or wrong items shipped.
• For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different model or variant, please contact us. We will guide you through the exchange process and help you find the right product for your needs.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been damaged due to improper use or installation.
• Products missing accessories or original packaging (a restocking fee may apply).
• Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase).
